Involved as a Façade Consultant by QDVC (Qatar Diar Vinci Construction), Cyrille has prepared the Façade tender of the four plots composed by 290,000 m² of unitized glazing and aluminium twisted & cold-bended panels on the Towers, 65,000 m² of unitized glazing and 260,000 m² UHPC cladding on the Podiums.

Tender and recommendations have also been delivered by Cyrille for the Façade Access and Maintenance works of the 4 plots.
Cyrille has taken part of the synergy between QDVC, Thornton Tomasetti Façade Engineering and SWS Engineering to coordinate the development of value-engineering proposals between the structure (Concrete + Steel) and the façade works to generate cost and program effective responses.

He has delivered technical advices including review of cold-bending process, opinions related to raw material and the façade systems, and sourcing of façade specialists and contractors from Asia, Turkey and locally to execute the works.

One of the key challenge was to maintain an efficient inter-party relationships in order to ensuring that main risks of the façade works have been identified and assessed properly, and budgests and program secured.
