Main Contractor Façade Manager - Led HK$ 1 Billion

Involved as a Façade Manager at Bouygues Bâtiment International and Dragages Hong Kong, Cyrille led the design development, the procurement and the installation of the façade (39,000 m² unitized curtain walls, 8,500 m² Free-Form façade), the aluminum cladding on the external structural exoskeleton steel (58,000 m² made of 4 mm aluminum panels double curved and twisted), the façade lighting, the façade access & maintenance by rope and abseiling solutions.

Cyrille has recruited, organized and managed 25 façade design and production engineers, foremen and on-factory supervisors, and sourced 6 main façade specialist companies to tackle the technical challenges imposed by the morph shapes of the building.

He has maintained close responses to all parties involved to keep a constructive and effective relationships with architects, engineers, suppliers and production teams to respect the program, the budget and to assure quality, health and safety standards for the Client’s satisfactions throughout the full execution of the works.
