Main Contractor Façade Manager - Managed USD 27 Millions
To respect the 24 months imposed by the program of this iconic building in a country where every single nail shall be imported, Cyrille has established genuine relations between the different contractors enrolled to build the envelop of the tower and its amenities.
Developing a non-stop communication and assuring a permanent coordination between the manufacturers, the suppliers, the inhouse production entities and the contractors, he has succeeded and kept a smooth execution of the works respecting the milestones and the target defined on the calendar.
With his team of engineers and site superintendents, Cyrille has developed and coordinated locally the design with the architect and the façade consultant and installed 17,000 m² of curved unitized curtain walls, 5,000 m² of granite and marble stones cladding, the façade lighting and the finishing works of the ancillary buildings. The execution of the 160 tons of façade scaffolding hanged to the oblong shape of the building and giving access to unreachable parts of the structure was a key to the success of the project.
